WPBF: Candidates tie after recount in Riv Beach

Incumbent Bruce Guyton gained one vote after a recount of votes against Lynn Hubbard in Riviera Beach. Guyton’s gain caused a tie in the election sparking allegations of wrongdoings from Hubbard.
